We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best location - 2mins from san marco square and 5mins from rialto bridge! Along the street were so many good restaurants and it is a straight path leading to rialto bridge. It was near everything....st mark's basilica, doge's palace, our gondola meeting point, florian cafe in the square. On our last day to marco polo airport, we just went to the alilaguna ticket office next to san marco square and boarded the water boat to airport easily. I must say a special thanks to the young guy at the reception - he was so nice and helpful telling me the best way to get to the airport, printed out maps and boat schedules for me, really sweet n great service! I would definitely stay at the same hotel next time i am in venice!

Fantastic location for tourists. Staff were helpful and always at reception. Room was big, had a desk, TV, large bathroom with hair dryer The lobby and other little hang-out rooms in the building were beautiful

The hotel is 2min away from Piazza San Marcos, so perfect for the ones who want to be in the center. The room looks very "venetian", with colorful fabric walls. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Everything was very clean.

The Hotel is in such a good location couldnt really be better. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a bit on the small side but nothing wrong with it.

Lovely charming hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and nice staff. Right in the heart of the city. Room was very clean, well furnished and everything worked well - but full of character given the building must be quite old. Decent simple breakfast and staff were really helpful with things like taxis and plug adapters. Would book this again for sure.

Incredible location, literally seconds away from St Mark's Square. A supermarket is on the doorstep, a pharmacy is nearby too. The breakfast was great, filling and worth the money. The bedroom is a great size but really needs modernising, I can see the look the hotel was going for but the decor, wardrobes, furniture etc are dated compared to the bathroom which is wonderful, super clean and modern and comfortable to use. It was like entering a different hotel when using the bathroom. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. I hope the rooms undergo a little change and modernising but I would stay here again for sure.

I don't really have to say anything bad about the hotel! The ladies kept it really clean every day we've spend there, the location was phenomenal and overall it's a great option if you can book it! I will be coming back again for sure!

The location and the staff were great! It was clean and we got a room on the last floor, which was both quiet and with great views.
